# Order Status Page — Order Entries

Show customers how many giveaway entries they earned directly on their order status page in their account. This appears when a customer views a past order in their Shopify account.

## How to Enable

1. In your Shopify admin, go to **Settings → Customer accounts → Customize** (under the "Order status" section).
2. Click **Add block** and search for **Order Entries**.
3. Position the block where you'd like it to appear on the order status page.
4. Save your changes.

Once enabled, any order that has giveaway entries will automatically display the entry count and promotion name(s).

## What Customers See

When a customer views an order that earned giveaway entries, they'll see:

- The **promotion name** they're entered in
- Their **entry count** for that order
- If the order qualifies for multiple promotions, a **breakdown per promotion** with a total
- A customizable **footer message** (see settings below)

If an order has no giveaway entries, the block is hidden — customers only see it when there's something to show.

## Customization Settings

You can configure the block's appearance from the theme editor. Click on the Order Entries block to see these settings:

### Header Icon

Choose the icon displayed next to the headline:

| **Star** | Star icon                       |
| **Ticket** | Ticket/discount tag icon      |
| **None** | No icon                         |

### Show Footer Message

Toggle the footer message on or off. Enabled by default.

### Footer Message

The text displayed in the footer banner. The default message is a scam warning:

> SCAM WARNING: We will NEVER DM you that you won. If someone messages you claiming you won, it is a scam.

You can change this to anything you'd like — a "good luck" message, a link reminder, or keep the scam warning to protect your customers.

### Footer Icon

Choose the icon beside the footer message:

| **Lock**   | Lock/security icon               |
| **None**   | No icon                          |

### Footer Text Color

Set the color of the footer message text:

| **Red**   | Warnings and urgent messages (default) |
| **Blue**  | Informational messages            |
| **Black** | Neutral messages                  |
| **White** | Dark theme stores                 |

### Footer Border

Toggle a border around the footer message. Enabled by default — gives the footer a distinct framed look to draw attention.

## Tips

- **Scam protection**: Many giveaway merchants deal with scammers impersonating them on social media. The default scam warning helps protect your customers — consider keeping it enabled.
- **Multiple promotions**: If a customer's order earns entries in more than one promotion, the block automatically shows a per-promotion breakdown with a total.
- **Preview in the editor**: The block shows sample data in the theme editor so you can see exactly how it will look before publishing.
