# Exporting Entries

## How to Export

1. Open **Giveaway Gator** from your Shopify dashboard.
2. Find the promotion and click **Entries > View Entries**.
3. Click the **Export Entries** button (top right corner).
4. A CSV file will automatically download.

## Export Options

- **Export Entries** — Exports all entries matching your current filters (search, status, type).
- **Export Date Range** — Appears when you've set a date filter. Exports only entries within the selected range.
- **Export Selected** — Appears when you've selected specific entries using the checkboxes. Exports only the checked entries.

> **Tip:** If you've applied any filters (search, valid/invalid status, order/manual type, or date range), the export will only include entries that match those filters.

## CSV Contents

Each exported CSV file includes these columns:

| Column | Description |

| Email | Customer's email address |
| Name | Customer's name |
| Order Number | Shopify order number (blank for manual entries) |
| Amount | Order dollar amount |
| Total Entries | Number of entries awarded |
| Valid | Whether the entry is valid (Yes/No) |
| Created At | Date and time the entry was created |
